July 13: Introductory Dialogue in Jerusalem
Would you like to have a constructive, respectful conversation with fellow Jews whose perspectives on about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict are different from yours -- without arguing or debating? Are you interested in talking about your experiences, feelings, ideas, convictions, and questions in an environment that promotes respect and mutual learning?
The Jewish Dialogue Group invites diaspora Jews of all perspectives and backgrounds to a special pilot dialogue program in Jerusalem.
When: Monday, July 13, 7:30 to 10pm
The Jewish Dialogue Group is based in the United States, but we would like to try offering our resources to Jews in Israel as well. This initial pilot session is designed for people who are spending significant time in Israel, but who live primarily in North America, Europe, Australia, South Africa, or another location. The dialogue will take place in English.

Introductory Dialogues in Philadelphia and New York -- Summer 2009
Would you like to have a constructive, respectful conversation with people whose views about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict are different from yours -- without arguing or debating? Are you interested in talking about your experiences, feelings, ideas, convictions, and questions in an environment that promotes respect and mutual learning?
The Jewish Dialogue Group invites Jews of all perspectives and backgrounds to our upcoming introductory dialogues.
These dialogues will take place on weekday evenings or Sundays in Philadelphia and New York. Each dialogue will last about 2 1/2 hours. Exact times and locations to be determined.
These gatherings will give you an opportunity to talk with other Jews who have strong feelings about Israel, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and related issues, including both people who are like-minded and people whose perspectives may be very different from your own. The dialogues will be useful to you whether you feel certain about your views or you feel mostly ambivalent or confused. For more information about how our programs work, click here.
